Is it too much to ask for to be completely happy and satisfied with your custom home building experience?  We don't think so.  In fact, that's been our main objective from the beginning with each of our valued customers.

Custom Home Sales is a Class A licensed contractor building customer-designed, mid- to high-end system built homes for years now.  We build with one thing in mind - your satisfaction.

Building a home should be a very personal thing.  Here you won't have to pick from a limited selection of pre-designed homes.  Why settle for a layout you don't like?  Or why pay extra to make changes to a floor plan only to get it a little closer to what you're looking for?  We can build your home exactly the way you want it - at no extra cost.

We build a stronger product, but we build it very economically.  By its very nature a modular home is built better in order to ship it and lift it with a crane.  Our customers get an excellent value in their home.

At Custom Home Sales, we have no commissioned salesmen.   Just two old guys who love what they do.  No one here will rush you into a floor plan.  We'll be very patient and take the time to learn what you're looking for.  I gyess you could say that we're the Bartles and James of custom modular homes, "We will build no wine, er... home, before its time." 

All modular homes are not created equal.  As with anything, you get what you pay for.  We don't build the "mobile home'' type of "on-frame modular" you see at most mobile home dealerships - not that there is anything wrong with those if that is what you are looking for. 

Bring in your floor plan, whether just some of your ideas or something from a plans book.  We have built some beautiful homes that began as a scribble on a napkin.  Tired of looking at hundreds of floor plans but haven't come up with just the right one yet, don't worry.  With having more patience than hair and with having the expertise and customer commitment in designing custom modular homes we can help you too.

 

As a general contractor, we can complete your entire project from start to finish.  We do this for a lot of our customers who doesn't have the time or desire to oversee their project.

Or, act as your own general contractor.  We don't mind.  This allows you to save a lot of money in site work & finishing costs.  Where else can you find a site builder that will build you a quality house and give you immediate equity.

We are willing to build, set and dry-in your home and let you do the rest.  If you can do some or all of the finish work, great.  We will do as much or as little you you as you want.

Over half of our customers have taken advantage of this flexibility.  Should you choose to do your finish work but have questions or need help, don't worry, we're there to help and advise you throughout the process.  We're only a phone call away.
